Question:

How can I transfer .mp3 ringtones from my Mac to my cell phone with Bluetooth?

So, I have the newest iMac version with built-in Bluetooth. I made a couple 20 second or so ringtones (.mp3 files) and I was wondering how to send them directly to my Bluetooth compatible LG Shine (ATT). It doesn't block file transfers.

I'm not Apple savvy - recently purchased the iMac - so I just need a bit of help!

Thanks!

  1. Couple easy steps-

    1) Press the squiggly button [square with loops at the corners] and space bar at the same time.

    2) The quick search thing should come up, search "Bluetooth".

    3) When the Bluetooth application appears in the drop down menu, click it.

    4) If your phone's Bluetooth isn't on, turn it on.

    5) Back to the computer, go to Favorites, Add, Search for Devices.

    6) Make sure you know your phone's Bluetooth name, and when it comes up on the computer Bluetooth, add it.

    7) Then you should be able to Bluetooth the files from your phone to the computer. If not, email me [jonasgirl8796@yahoo]
