  1. 1st authorize your computer, than transfer your purchases. I tried this and it didn't work so I talked to the Apple pple and they told me to re-load all my music!

I got upset and bought a zune and re-loaded all my music.

Good luck! I hope it works 4 u!

  2. you will need to have a 3rd party tool to help you copy songs in your ipod to computer as itunes blocks the ipod-to-computer transfer, here is a review of top 5 ipod  copying softwares(windows/mac): http://www.ipodtocomputer.net

  3. Alright I think I may be able to help you. First Plug your Ipod onto your computer. Make sure you already have itunes on your new computer. Then when you plug it in it should ask you if you want to transfer your purchases. Click on the button that says "transfer your purchases" Then your set!

  4. That's really all you have to do. Plug in your IPod, and when it comes up, highlight all the songs and transfer them to your music library by clicking the buttons in EDIT or FILE

  5. 1.Open Itunes

2.Take the USB cord and plug it into your computer.

    3. The songs just sync themselves into Itunes.

  8. ok i was just 4 hours trying to find the free way b/c i knew there was a way and here it is plug you ipod in and itunes may come up so make it so when you plug you ipod in itunes does NOT come up once you have your ipod in do to my computer and you should have a removeable drive F and the name that you gave your ipod highlight the icon copy and paste it to you music folder not itunes after that in your folder you will only see like 4 folders and they have like nothing in them hmm wheres the song right click anywhere in the folder (not on one of the folders there) properties at the bottom it will say hidden check the box and apply you will lose your icons now do the properties again and uncheck the box now you will see ipod_control go to music and thats all your songs n all those folders you can not just drag them from  the folder over to itunes if you have any questions email me at steveo4983@hotmail.com
