  1. No way.  Can you imagine the amount of fraud and identity theft that would take place if you could do that on-line? That must be sone in person.  See site below and scroll way down the page to section titled, " Driver's licenses for new residents."

  2. Why do you people think you can do something that ALWAYS REQUIRES A PERSONAL APPEARANCE over the Internet... You couldn't transfer your Florida Driver's License IN THE U.S. over the internet... you would have to GO IN PERSON AND APPLY... and THAT is TRUE for every State in the U.S. so why do you think you could transfer your Driver's License from Florida to Puerto Rico?  THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE.

  3. You can't transfer your licence, but you can use it for 3 months. To get a Puerto Rico licence if you're staying, you turn it in and show your birth certificate, another picture ID and pay $10. But you lose the Florida licence.

  4. Did you already register your "burro" on line?  If so, you can transfer your license on line.  Just be sure that your *** has all his papers and shots prior.  The policias will really crack down on you if he doesn't have his tags.

    LMAO!
