the reason I am asking this, is because I just became U.S resident and I know I have credit records for the last 7 years I have been here,I have those records in my old (ITIN) social security number, and I want to transfer them to my new social security number!

  1. . As of 3/07 all major credit reporting agencies will accept ITIN reporting., so I would contact the them and get a credit report.  If you already have all 3 credit reports, I would them your new SSN with COPIES of required  documents.  I would contact your creditors and supply them with your new SSN also.
