How can I transfer the data and settings of the administrative account to another,the same computer, in xp?

Question

I bought a used computer. It has been set up to use the administrator and guest accounts. I now want to set up more user accounts. When I do so, xp wants me to set up a new administrator account. When I restart, the original Administrator account is gone and it's setting with it.
