How can I transfer videos from a Kodak Easyshare C613 digital camera to the computer?

I have a Kodak Easyshare C613 digital camera. I am using the software that came with it to upload pictures onto my computer, which has been working great, but I have never been able to upload my videos. Even when I plug my camera into the usb cord and the little box pops up on my computer asking me which pictures I want to transfer, my videos are never there. I've read the "getting started guide", I've visited their website, and I've google searched this question so many times my heads spinning, but I can't get them to even show up on my computer... please help!

I have the same camera i just got it a week ago.... and I have been having the same problem. I found out that the pictures have to be in the internal memory to be able to load them to your pc so if you have an SD card in you wont be able to download the pictures.
