I have an older JVC brand camcorder. It has only a yellow and white jack on the side of it. Is their any way I can find a cord that would be able to go from the camera to the computer?

I have a little thing called Dazzle Digital Video Creator 80. One end has a usb jack and the other has video and audio in jacks. I have no clue how to use it! Could somebody please help me. The camcorder VHSC, so it is not digital. Also, there is no fire whatever jack. Thanks mucho!

  1. OK, the first thing you need to do is to get a converter box, that would allow you to pass your camcorder signals through to and into your computer, where the analog footage will be digitalized.

  2. One side of the AV cable plugs into the camera. The other side pluges into the Dazzle Analog/Digital bridge.

    Yellow-video; If there is s-Video, use it instead - video quality is better.

    red-right audio or mono;

    white-left audio

    Dazzle A/D bridge plugs into the computer's USB port.

    Use iMovie to import. Check at Pinnacle if you need drivers.

    This whole set up does not support firwire, so you don't have anything to deal with there.

    Alert: This type of converted video is not that great...
