Amtrak trains run almost everywhere in the country, and you can get all the information you need at www.amtrak.com at no charge.  They have a scheduler that accepts your starting point and destination and gives you the closest service you can get and all the details.

There's no such thing as non-stop train service for that distance. I'm not even sure you can GET train service that runs cross country like that.

well amtrak use to operated the sunset Limited

all the way to floriida  from California but now it only operated as

far as New Orelans -some of the time

then sometimes there is connecting bus service or

sometimes not

but another routing to Flordia is take

amtrak to Chicago then to DC then to Florida
