How can I travel from Cuba to Miami?

I'm planning my summer trip, and I'd like to fly to Cuba, and then go to Miami and travel east coast to west coast over land. But can I travel from Cuba to Miami?

Due to the embargo, there are no regular (direct) flights between Cuba

and the USA only some private charters for US citizens with a special ( OFAC) license. So your only option is to fly through an other country. Cancun Mexico is frequently used for this purpose , but the

Bahama's , Cayman Islands and Jamaica are possible too.

What you can do is fly to the Bahamas from Cuba. Then from the Bahamas, you can go to Miami. You can take a little cruise or flight from there.

Or you can go to Jamaica from Cuba and then fly into Miami.

Only because of the US travel restrictions to Cuba will that prevent you from having a direct flight into Miami from Cuba.

if youre not american, but no i dont think there is any route from cuba to america except for a lil rubber boat lol. my family came from cuba back in the 60's lol but they came the legal way...

youll have to go to puerto rico or mexico to get over here from cuba

No. US immigration will not let you in directly from Cuba. You'll need to go via another country.

Note I've assumed you are not American as Americans are not allowed to visit Cuba.
