How can I treat my dog's cut (pic included)?

I've just noticed the cut today: (sorry if its a little blurry)

What would be the best solution to use for this to heal? Its right by her mouth so she can l**k it with her tongue.

Just dab a little tea tree oil on it to avoid infection.

That's more like an abrasion, keep it clean, rub some neosporin on it, it's not like you can bandage it or anything.

I would just clean it & put neosporin on it everyday till it heals.
