How can I trick the doctor into thinking I've gained weight?

I'm 15, I have an eating disorder, and I am being forced to see a nutritionist. She weighs me, and then talks to an eating disorder specialist. I haven't been able to exercize, see how much I weigh, and I have to eat everything they tell me to. I haven't been eating what the nutritionist tells me to. Can I be forced to go to an inpatient facility?

Would ball bearings from rollerskates work? I don't have small weights that I could fit in somewhere like my bra.

  1. Well before you go to the nutritionist drink a lot of water depending on how much they want you to gain. Just make sure to do it right before you go and don't pee or it will be pointless.

  2. Eat a lot before you go.

  3. you have a serious problem and i dont think anyone in their right mind would try and find a way to help you continue this.  you honestly need to get help, and i hope the best for you. i had an eating disorder at 16 and it ruined a large portion of my life.  get help before it gets worse.
