How can I try to study well within a short period?

Make a timetable. Decide what time you have, split it into the subjects you will study. Then stick to it. Make sure you have R&R time built in, you can't study for 16 hours per day, you have to have microbreaks to give your brain a rest.

Now log off, and get to it.

here are my tips:

1. get a nerdy/smart friend and ask him/her to tell you everything he knows by asking you and asking him questions.  (work best for me)

2. pay more attention to class.

3. go to sleep, take some good rest for your eyes then cheat on the test.

4. keep yourself really really really focus, sometimes i found listening to classical music may help, eg. bach, mozart, debussy etc.

I think that the most important thing to do is to set yourself a specific time limit for studying and have regular breaks in between. Even if you don't have long to study you must still take breaks or you stop taking the information in. Use a timer and set it for 15 or 20 minutes. Work constantly for that time then take a very short break (just a couple of minutes) and go to the toilet, have a drink of water, or just stretch your legs. After 3 sets of 15/20 minutes stop and have a longer break to refresh your head. Leave the room you're working in if possible and go for a walk or do something completely different. Don't let yourself get drawn into anything else though. Use a timer again and make sure you go back to your studying after about 20 minutes.
