How can I tune my Sky+ box to receive Italian TV stations?

I have followed the instructions in the menus but it never works - any ideas?

To receive Italian Tv (Rai 1,2,3 etc) (if you are an existing sky customer)you need the following: 1. Approx 1 metre dish (in addition to an existing sky dish) 2. This extra dish needs to be pointed to Hot Bird 6/7A/8 at 13.0 degrees east 3. This extra dish needs to be wired into a seprate digital receiver (not the exsitng receiver e.g sky plus box).
