How can I turn how we met into a fairy tale?

I'm writing my boyfriend a very long letter before I leave for college. I wanted to put how we met in the form of a fairy tale at the beginning. I wrote the rest of the letter already, the fairy tale is all I need. I'm having a difficult time trying to put it into fairy tale form. Help would really be appreciated, because this is a really important gift.

This is how we met:

We worked at the same place, but never worked together. I made salads at the restaurant and he was one of the bus boys (cleans the tables). I was in the salad room, and he walked back. My first impression was "he is arrogant and cocky." But nonetheless, I thought he was ADORABLE. Two minutes later, he came back and started talking. Once he started, he didn't shut up. And I had to make him mine. He told me the same thing that very night. The moment he saw me, he had to make me his. There's much more to the story, but once I get a base going, I can finish the rest.

  1. Just enjoy yourself.

  2. Always start with "Once upon a time" And end with...And they lived happily ever after. That is if you want to go traditional. However I wrote mine like this...

Follow this link and then click on: "My First Romance"

  3. And don't forget to add a moral lesson to the story. That's what makes a fairy tale a fairytale =)

  4. once upon a time   there lived a princess , who was very bored , so bored was she  that she helped the cooks prepare food ! then one day a prince walked by and seemed  terribly cocky and even a little arrogant, but still there was something about him ? she looked at him, a little longer and started to think there was more to him ?  he came to her spoke to her , it seemed the prince was taken with her ! once the prince  began speaking

  5. Of course, start with Once upon a time... LOL

...there was a girl who slaved away at Ye Olde Olive Garden all day and all night. One day she spied a boy; <enter a description> and thought "What a cocky and arrogant lad!" she thought. "But so pleasing to my eye."

    Is that ok?
