How can I unlock computer if I can't choose a user?

Question

Ok so I lost my password and now I'm only aloud to get on through guest. I know how to change password through safe mode, but the thing is I can't select which user I want to sign in as. Can someone please help!!!! =\

If you have any other User accounts that have admin privileges, you can use one of them.  Otherwise you are out of luck without a windows password cracker program or service.

Okay, you can either download and use the password cracker programs, of which there are many, or, and the easiest, use F8 to give you the startup option, then log in using Safe Mode, from that choose administrator as your User and then log into user accounts and delete your the password from the account you need to access,

ubcd4win  it is a free live linux os. You just boot the computer with the cd containing ubcd4win and you will find windows password management program. I don't remember the exact name but it is obvious. Once you look at the list of programs you will find it. Then you can do everything with the windows user accounts.
