  2. Pretty much to unlock the other cups- just do this.

    Play the cups you have now and get either 1st 2nd or 3rd in them. Just keep playing them and winning and you will unlock new cups.

    I know how to unlock 2 of them right now.

    Get a either 1st 2nd or 3rd in mushroom AND the flower cup to unlock star cup. Get 1st 2nd or 3rd in star to unlock special cup.
