How can I unsubscribe from a group, when my email address has changed and can not use the old address?

Log in to the Yahoo Groups web site ( http://groups.yahoo.com/ ) using your Yahoo ID.  Then you should see a list of all the Groups you are a member of on the left-hand side of the page.  Click on the one you want to unsubscribe from to go to its home page.  Then click on Edit Membership in the middle of the top line (just below the ad if there is one).  Then click the Leave Group button down in the lower-right-hand corner.  Finally, follow the directions on the next page.

If your old address is shut down, the group will get 'bounce' messages if they send you anything - that's usually a clue that you want to unsubscribe, so they should figure it out.

If the old address is still active but just inaccessible to you, or if you want to be formal about it, try this. Join the group AGAIN with your new ID, and once you're in, you can email them to unsubscribe your old ID, then YOU can unsubscribe your new ID.
