How can I unsubscribe from a suspended youtube account?

Yes you can

But if you want to get rid of it on your subscriptions list scroll down to the bottom of the youtube home page and click under "My Youtube" "Subscriptions" There you will find all your subscribers and there current videos and you can remove them from there. Also you get rid of a subscription by going to your contacts first in your inbox and removing it from the " Subscriptions" contact link. I think if the person is not on youtube you will not get anymore videos from the person.

On Youtube.com, go to Account>Subscriptions and then click on the account you want to unsubscribe from.  Then just click on the Unsubscribe button and you'll unsubscribe.
