How can I unsubscribe when there is no record for me?

what is fly lady?

if it is an e-mail, there is probably some link to where you can unsubscribe. if not, just answer back, i would like to unsubscribe. it might work

'fly lady' is a type of cleaning advice groups/ sites

you will appear as a member in the group however the owner will have to remove your membership which is probably bouncing anyway. you wont be able to do it since your ID was disabled/ deleted.
