only people that not think of themselves ugly do that , but if you are above vanity do not worry, how you know if the p[c on is the person that is why they Yahoo stop that practice although in my messenger I post my photo ,but I felt awful knowing that I look much better than some of my friends I use to get them girls years ago now above all mundane practices I still get mail from women I don't know> C'est la vie

It's been unavailable a long time.  You cannot upload a picture in your regular Yahoo profile, most likely until they replace the system later this year.
