How can I upload my image in google or yahoo search website?

I want to upload my image in Yahoo or Google search image websites to give public message. Kindly reply how can I upload my image in those websites

You don't upload images to search engines. It doesn't work like that. You upload to websites...either your own, or someone else's. Tag 'em. The more tags, the greater the chance someone might stumble across it (among the zillion other images).
