How can I upload my picture as my avatar?

I tried going to edit profile... or going to my 360 profile.. NOTHING!! if u help me and I can get it right I will give you 10 points on the spot

first of all make your picture small in size... using photoshop.... the try to browse ur photo in to the page

Save your picture in my picture folder. Then go to your 360 page and click where it says edit profile. Just above where an avatar should be you will see edit my photo. Click on that,then choose your personal photo to upload. After you've done that,your photo should be where the avatar is. Good luck.
