How can I upload videos from my digital camera to my pc?

Do I need a special memory card in order to do this?

You can pull out the memory card out of your camera and plug it into the USB , and you have your pictures.

You don't need a memory card, though it helps.  You DO need the cord that should have come with the camera that connects the camera to your computer.  There should also have been a CD to install the program whereby you can upload and edit the photos.  If the program has been installed from the CD, plug the camera into the computer and it will automatically start.

Get a card reader and drag and drop your pictures to your my pictures file.
