How can I upload videos w/o my disk to install the camera onto the computer?

I lost the CD and I have videos to put on youtube and i was wondering if there is a way to upload videos some way w/o the disk.

  1. If you need to reinstall the drivers for your camera, just visit the manufacturer support site for your model. You should be able to download the drivers from there.

I don't quite understand the question but if the video content is on the disk you say you lost then NO you can't.  If you have the video content in the camera on its hard drive or SD card, you should be able to obtain a cable to go from your camera/camcorder to the computer either by USB cable or Analog type cables or IEEE type cable.

  3. If I got u right, u lost the vcam driver installation disk ... well if ur on XP/Vista or Mac, most if not all drivers are bundled w/OS.

    To upload video files, connect vcam to pc using firewire cable for tape-based digital vcam & capture video stream via video editing software...
