How can I use money from the PayPal Balance

Is there any way to use the money of the PayPal balance instead of withdrawing them? Like send them into another's account, or use them for eBay shopping. I currently have a good deal of money in there, and I can't withdraw them for now at least. Any help?

Many websites now use paypal as a preferred payment instead of using a credi/debit card or money order/check. It is a fast way to pay for items securely. If a store allows paypal, choose that as the payment option, and it will require you to sign into paypal and confirm the amount to be taken from your account.
