How can I use my 360 picture on Y! Fantasy Football?

I just joined a Yahoo fantasy football league, and even though there's a custom picture option, i can't figure out how to use it. it just gives me a stupid smiley face!

How can i update a new image, or use my 360 avatar?

I don't think the 2 systems are compatible...

But if you click change image in your personal profile (trophy case) you can download (click browse) a picture from your My Pictures...........Then go to edit info on your team page,and

that new image should be an option for you.
