How can I use my Cellone (BSNL) mobile in Noida?

Hi, I have a Cellone Connection (from BSNL Lucknow), How can I use this mobile in Sector - 58, Noida (U.P.) ? Is there any option availabe to use it without paying roaming charges? Please answer if you have any solution.

When you are in a roaming zone, there is no overcoming paying extra toll for those calls, unless you pay in your plan to have "free" roaming calls.
