I cannot find a link on the website to enter the code.

I work at Claire's. We don't have an online shop. You have to go to any Claire's, Icing by Claire's, Claire's Club, Afterthoughts or Icing Ice. You can check your account balance via phone, that's why you have that code.

According to the web site, the gift cards can be redeemed at any of their stores.  It doesn't appear that you can purchase anything on-line through Claires.  There is no "shopping cart".
