How can I use my abundance of glass gems?

Question

I'm using those glass gems for my wedding centerpieces, so after the wedding, I will have a bunch of of them.

I'd like to find some way to use them, but I'm not the kind of person who wants to put them in vases in my home or anything.

I'm open to creative/crafty uses, like mosiacs, although the gems aren't very colorful (they are pretty much just white, opaque, and silvery).

Does anyone know any other creative uses?

I know you said u don't want to put them in vases in your home but well ... we had the same problem but we turn them into something meaningful.

Find a nice big vase and a small vase, put one gems in the big vase for each day you're together - you'll end up with 365 stones by the end of the year --too much. So by the year end, buy/find a stone, write the year number on it, put one in the small vase, then recycle the gems for another year.

I know, it sound corny but it make me happy to know our love is growing, and rock (stone) solid :)

Make a mosaic out of them...can be a tray, table top, flower pot, stepping stones....

You can use them in the bottom of an aquarium.  

Or you can put them in a large clear vase and put some water into the vase and top it off with a house plant growing in water instead of dirt.

You could fill a clay pot with them and make some pens with flowers wrapped on the tops and stick the flower pens into the pots.  You could give them as presents, or sell them to make money.
