How can I use myspace/yahoo to send a message to everyone from a cetain area?

I have started a Chevy Cavalier club and am trying to figure out if there is a way to mass email certain people... I know there are way to do this, but I'm not sure.

You can send invites to people.  Go to your group and click on "Invite" located on left lower side of page.  You can send 50 invites per every 24 hour period.
