  1. they are just unsocial people

  2. John, some people are plain rude and mean. Some are having a bad day, PMSng women, bad family trouble, were evicted from home or apt., are on drugs.

Keep in mind with phones, cells, and computers PEOPLE are NOT being HEARD, and you are human so all that anger and frustration is directed towards you. Sorry, but that's the way it is.

Personally, I do not like retail, and shun people in general, as I realize what some people are.

  3. Certain cultural factors sometimes influence how people behave in customer relations, how aggressive or mild may depend on how and where they come from.  Socioeconomics

    also has a role.

  4. People are socialized in this country to believe that the customer is always right.  And some people do take all of their anger out on the wrong person because you're the only person available.  It doesn't make it right, it's just how it is.
