How can I use yahoo to get information out to a large group (PTO) quickly & effectively?

  1. You could start a group then invite all of the PTO members to join your new group. (You will need all of their email addresses in order to invite them. Or you could give them the new group's URL and they could go to it and join the group directly) Then you could post messages to the group which would be sent out via email to the PTO members who have joined your group.  Those messages would also appear on your new group site.
