How can I view members sorted by email-delivery options?

I'm a Mod, and want to know how many members I have on 'No Email' or 'Special Notices.' Is there any way to find out who they are other than eyeballing each member's setting?

  2. Yahoo has not provided a way to sort members by their email delivery options.  I wish there was a way to do that.  For now, we just have to scroll through the member's list and check them individually.
