How can I vote in the Dominican elections from the United States?

I live in the United States and I'm a legal resident, but I don't have the cedula from DR. Can I still go vote or do I need a cedula? Can I get a cedula here or do I have to go to DR? I really want to vote May 16. Pa Lante Presidente! :-)

  1. No, you can not vote anymore.

    Reason #1 you need a Dominican ID

    Reason #2 the time to get a Dominican ID is due (after august you can apply for you Dominican ID)
