How can I wake up early and stay up?

I set my alarm for 5:30 am and I wake up but I have trouble staying up.

  1. don't be a night owl you'll feel lazy,. just be motivated lol


  2. Try putting your alarm across the room so you have to get up to turn it off and leave a glass of water by it. The liquid will wake your body up. Make your bed so it will be less tempting to go back to sleep.

  3. go to bed earlier, eat a good breakfast and shower when you wake up

  4. Well take a shower or put a big bucket of what with ice/ freezing ice and stick ur head in for like 3 seconds
