  2. ughhhh u cant unless your body just automatically wakes you up early on a daily basis.

  3. Depending on your body you can do this with routine after a week or so...otherwise tell yourself you will wake up at a certain time....if its important set an alarm lol!

  4. That's hard to do unless it's become a habit. If you have a regular sleep schedule, like going to sleep at 10pm and waking at 6am everyday, it will be easier to wake up at the time you've been waking up.

  5. If I pay attention to what time it is for about fifteen minutes before I go to sleep (as in, I look at my watch or a clock every few minutes) and then spend about five minutes meditating on sleeping until a certain time, about 90% of the time, I wake up within about five minutes of my goal.

    No joke...
