Question:

How can I wake up in work?

I'm shattered and it's only 11.20 yesterday I felt the same then had a big lunch and felt sick so I had to go home at 2.30pm!!

I don't want a repeat of this today.

Should I take a nap in my car at break time, what should I eat? Coffee isn't an option it makes me more sleepy.

  1. eat salads.


  2. Try a little exercise assoon as you wake up. Get dressed & do a short 10-15 minute walk. It'll keep you awake all day.

  3. Dont eat big meals. Eat light several times a day. Snack.

    Drink cold water throughout the day, fill a glass & sip, & particularly when you wake.

    A nap can be a good idea.

    Or try a brisk walk on your break or lunch.

    If you sit all day, get up every 15 or 20 minutes. Its not good to stay in the same position for long periods.

    Stay away from sugary foods. You get an energy boost & then crash. Go for fruits instead.

    And drink cold water.
