  1. use vlc media player no need to convert

    Two posibilities, first you need to get a 3gp player installed such as Apple Quicktimes or second, have your pc to be installed with appropriate video CODEC (COder & DECoder). Your could download for FREE, K-LITE Video CODEC from the internet. Save you much headache if you do.
