How can I watch British TV channels in Germany?

I have normal freeview here in the UK but I'm off to live in Germany soon.

Is there a way I can watch all of the free to air UK channels over there?

  1. Take your free box with you and the dish of coarse, normally once you set it up in the right direction you should pick up the satellite that is transmitting.You may have to get a multi norm TV as German system is BG and British is PAL but that should not be a problem

  3. Hi, I'm a Malaysian student living in Germany. With regard to the question, I can tune in to unfortunately only the BBC news channel here. As for the rest you might want to search for their online broadcasts on the net, if you want to keep watching free. Alternatively, I believe they provide paid TV subscriptions.

    Get a satellite dish and tuner and line up with the Astra 2B Satellite.

  6. i went 2 germany and they just had english tv channels on the tv so i think u will b able 2 get them!
