Cheapest and probably easiest way:

If you have an old VCR laying around, it has a TV tuner in it. s***w your antenna lead onto Input of the VCR, then use the video out (yellow) to go to your projector.

When you plug an antenna into a regular TV, the TV has an internal tuner that allows you to change the channel. To do this on a projector, you will need a seperate TV tuner, which is availabe at any electronics store or even Wal-Mart, that will let you plug in the antenna/cable and output in s-video or composite to go to the projector.
