How can I weight train without having any weights in my house or any access to a gym?

I'm 16, 5'1'', and 150 lb. I want to do work out, but I need some help!!!!

PLEASE help me!!!!

  1. as a chest workout, you could do pushups (wide grip), (narrow grip for triceps)

    for shoulders, get a heavy chair or sack of rice or anything, lift above your head, down, up, (abs engaged as it will cause back problems)

    for abs, (look up on internet) bench crunch, crunch, (for upper abs that is) -and for lower abs, leg thrusts, reverse crunch - situps, get someone to hold down your feet, have your upper body hanging off a chair and sit up.

    for biceps, get a large milk container or something with a handle, fill with sand or water and bicep curl

    for back, hyper extensions (upper body hanging if your good enough)

    so thats the upper body and onto legs

    calf raises (look on internet) for the part like on the shins, do the opposite of calf raise (toes up)

    for quads (squat)

    heres a simple workout routine for a beginne:

    monday-stength training.upper body

    tues-running

    weds-rest

    thurs-leg training.strength (it needs time to recover from running)

    fri-strength training

    sat/sun-a light jog in the morning or out to cinema (watch what you eat when you go out

    drink as much water as you can always (especially during workout)

    after, if you dont wanna buy supplements, have a can of tuna, some chicken (not KFC or things like that)

    if your trynna loose weight and add some muscle-eat less calories and high protein-6 small meals throughout the dy

    if you wanna add mass muscle-more calories than you burn, avoid as much fat as you can but some is OK, high protein. 4 larger meals throughout the day.

    you need plenty of sleep as the workout is only a spark to get your muscle into growth, most of the growing happens with diet and rest.

    stress will be bad for muscle growth, fat will produce more testorone needed for muscle growth so get some fat (not too much)

    even if you dont see results, stick with it, you'll eventually get the perfect body you'd always wanted


  2. I would suggest using cans of fruit or vegetables and lifting those. The bigger the cans the more weight you will lift. If you wanted bigger objects try lifting logs or cement blocks.
