you are not very precise in your question. first of all, i don't know, where you from. i have the feeling, that you need to get a visa first, contact the german consulate next to you, but i doubt, that you will get it in time. next problem are the tickets, they are all sold. if your country has a quota of tickets and they are not used up yet, you might get lucky to purchase one. 3rd problem is the hotel, most are booked out, but there are some expensive ones left.
