Every casino has a set of terms and conditions that you must meet to clear the bonus. Once you meet those criteria then the bonus is credited to your account and you can do whatever you want.

Like Dr Henry says each casino has its set of rules, basically to make it difficult for you to withdraw the casino bonus.  Generally you must bet a certain amount and only some games count towards this.  In a way it is a gimmick.

However, recently there is a very good book that covers casino bonuses very well and talks about how you can take advantage of the bonuses.  Gives a very good list of which casino pays and how.  If you are interested to use it, you should get this book.  Well worth it.

Online casinos are not very happy with paying out bonuses. Most of them have very hard criteria to meet bonus requirements... Sometimes it is better to not use any bonus on your deposit... If you use free(no-deposit) bonus, my experience  says that you will rarely get paid.
