How can I work directly for Bill Gates?

I don't mean in a remote Microsoft office, but directly.

Why mess around with Gates?  Why not shoot for working directly for who ever becomes President of the U.S.? Or, better yet, why not go for reporting directly to GOD?

You do realize that Bill has retired from the day-to-day operations of Microsoft to devote his time to running his charitable Foundation.

As for working directly for him at Micorosoft, even if he was there, the chances would be slim and none - he most likely already has a personal assistant and he mostly interacts with the upper echelon of management.
