How can I work out during football and basketball season?

Right now it's perfect that its the off-season for both so I can work out very hard. I worked so hard this off-season and I don't want to lose my strength during the season. But the problem is that I have practice and homework. How can I continue to workout?

  1. All you can really do is budget your time...and make a workout schedule so that you don't lose alot of the strength you built up...basically time management is the key


  2. manage your time well and have an estimate of how long HW will take so you know how long you can work out. when working out try doing upper body one day and lower the next and keep alternating or do certain parts of each opposite days like pecs and triceps, and quads one day and shoulders/back and biceps and hamstrings another day but make sure you rest one day and dont work out a day or two before a game.
