Question:

How can I work out with sore muscles? important...?

Today at 2:00, I have an IFA (Initial Fitness Assessment).

It consist f 50 situps and 42 pushups.

but my muscles are still really sore from working out on Saturday (I may have overworked myself), any ideas on what to do? can i still perform the IFA? Does muscle soreness limit you?

  1. actually yes that may give you a set back, but what you can do is take a hot bath and rub your muscles under direct hot water, on the places you feel sore, then after the bath put some (deep heat) lotion on these places...in the morning you'll feel much better..

  2. rest and drink pickle juice... i know the pickle juice sounds a little weird but it works trust me pickle juice is like my best friend during track season
