I am extremely out of shape. I just want to get back in shape and start biking and running again. Just walking at a fast pace gives me a side stitch. So, how can I work myself up to running distance? Should I start out with one mile/day? Two miles/day?I'm currently 5'6" 125lbs and gaining weight because I eat more than I burn. I just overall want to lose this weight I gained and get back in shape and stay in shape.
