My classes start at 8am and end at 5pm... Do you think it's healthy if I will get a sleep from 6-8pm and work on nightshift?? If not, how can I make money while I'm studying??? Any working students here???

  1. Not sure what you're studying, but you can work as a typist (doing transcriptions of audio files such as legal documents, interviews, meetings etc) from home.

Go to Google and type in something like 'transcription work home' and see what comes up!

  2. While my friends were studying they were waitressing and bartending in the evenings - straight from college until about midnight.  If you sleep as soon as you get home you'll get enough sleep to keep you going!

    Good luck!

  3. You mean you only sleep for 2 hours, from 6 to 8pm.

If you think that working on nightshift can help you pay your study money. I will think that you should 8 hours of daily sleep before planning your working hours. By the way, you also need time to revise your work. If you don't have enough sleep, you won't be able to work hard in your studies and working.

Slowly, find another job. Don't feel pressurize about the study money.

    All the best!

  4. hey where ru studying,,, in usa....if so u can get a part time job in restaurants, hotels as a server or bartender.....go and take help of ur seniors..

  5. Tried it.  No, it doesn't work!  you will burn out and could fail miserably at both.  Try part time work/part time student first, then increase hours in one or the other (a little at a time) as needed.
