How can IPL be improved to attract people all over the world, apart from the subcotinent, where it was a hit?

Maybe, they could limit the tournament to 4-3 weeks, instead of 6 weeks,

They should also increase the ammount of international players in the side, that will make it bigger.

Hold it in a country where there are little or  no internal problems such as bombings & fighting, e.g. England or S.Africa. Australia is much too far out of the way, or I would suggest that.And shorten the program, much too long.
