i can draw anime but i want to improve like shading, color combination, and editing softwares. what is the best materials in drawing? Are there any websites or guides in imporving your drawing?

There are a lot of good websites for manga style tutorials. Try looking through some of these to see which work best with your own style.

If you want something specific - for example a particular colouring style, or how to draw wings, or how to colour hair - search Deviantart (http://www.deviantart.com ) for a tutorial on it. Deviantart has tutorials on absolutely everything imaginable! I also recommend using reference images for anything you have difficulty with, for example poses or clothing. Google image search is a great resource for this, as are stock photo sites like http://www.istockphoto.com . That will help you improve more quickly than just trying to get it right through trial and error.

The best materials really depend on you and what you like to work with - just try as many different kinds as you can to see which you are most comfortable with.
